A copy of this remarkable photograph used to be on display in the Committee Dining Room at the Bank's Broad Street Head Office. It
is a composition of individual portraits of staff members that have been superimposed onto a photograph of the Head Office Assembly
Room. (See Image 010 and Image 032 for later views of the Assembly Room.) It is believed that the photograph was produced to commemorate
the opening of the Head Office building in 1933, and that all of the Bank's staff at that time are pictured. A copy was probably given
to each member of staff, as several copies seem to have survived. Unfortunately, only a few faces have been identified so far - as
indicated below.
