These plans (passed: May 28th 1925 (?))
were drawn by Gerald McMichael to create a
purpose built branch, but were not used
when
the Bank chose a cheaper reconstruction designed by the
City Surveyor (right)
The building's design allowed for two sets of domestic accommodation, split over both ground and first floors.
