Sunday, May 22nd, we arrive at Sydney, Nova Scotia, and spend an extra night here as adverse weather conditions prevent us visiting Corner Brook (Newfoundland) and Red Bay in Labrador.
A tour of the Bras D'or Lakes includes Baddeck, home of Alexander Graham Bell
Just before starting the re-crossing of the Atlantic,
one of the Boudicca's passengers is evacuated
by helicopter for medical reasons
On the last formal night, our waiters (Freddie and Manarang) bring the traditional dish of Baked Alaska to the table that we share with Shirley and Paul
The Boudicca's final port before returning to Liverpool is Belfast,
from where we visit the Giant's Causeway
The trip to the Giant's Causeway takes us past
Dunluce Castle and the Arrack-a-Rede Rope Bridge
